Robert Hines: Lockdown Detroit

Chicago comedian Robert Hines may be best known to the world as the man responsible for many Golden State Warriors wins... or at least responsible for the viral commercial jingle, “Jones BBQ Foot Massage” that amassed over 18 million views after being chanted by Steph Curry and teammates before games or on the golf course with Justin Timberlake.

Isola Man Media presents Robert Hines new 30 minute comedy special, Lockdown, available to stream now on Gumroad, With Koji, and Youtube. Lockdown is the second comedy special release from Hannibal Buress’ Isola Man Media, after a notable 2020 with Buress’ critically acclaimed special Miami Nights. A wry take on Hines’ experience as a correctional officer on the Southside of Chicago, Lockdown mixes in testimony from some of Hines’ co-workers, as well as interviews with Hines himself, to accompany the stand-up.

Robert Hines will go on his first live tour of 2021 for Lockdown with dates in Texas and Arizona.
